About the Company:
Integral Building Solutions specializes in high-end German window and door systems, delivering premium façade and fit-out solutions across the Philippines. We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead construction projects with precision, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring work is completed to a high-quality standard, within budget, and on schedule.

  • Coordinate closely with sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure alignment across departments.

  • Forecast workloads and ensure timely availability of necessary materials and resources to meet project deliverables.

  • Provide technical support, coaching, and mentoring to team members; conduct performance reviews and support growth.

  • Identify and resolve issues promptly while developing effective alternative solutions.

  • Develop and implement practical project plans; manage and monitor progress while clearly communicating outcomes and changes.

  • Continuously improve project quality by implementing effective systems and demonstrating thorough attention to detail.

  • Willing to be assigned to project sites as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in window systems, façade installation, or fit-out works.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Proficient in scheduling, resource planning, and construction coordination.

  • Detail-oriented, problem solver, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
