Reporting to the General Manager, the role plays a vital function in sourcing, evaluating, and accrediting vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services essential to project and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source, screen, and accredit vendors based on capability, availability, pricing, and quality.
  2. Evaluate vendor proposals, quotations, and performance against standards and project requirements.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.
  4. Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
  5. Maintain an organized procurement database, supplier records, and contract files for audit and compliance purposes.
  6. Contribute to cost control and value engineering by identifying potential areas for savings in procurement.
  7. Assist in procurement reporting, including tracking KPIs, vendor performance summaries, and budget utilization reports.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in construction procurement, property and real estate, engineering firm, or a combination of any of these.
  3. At least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
  4. Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement systems is an advantage.
  6. Willing to work onsite at Carbon Market, Brgy. Ermita, Cebu City, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
