About the Job

Key Duties:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and teams.
• Conduct market research & competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to craft effective go-to-market strategies.

Product Development & Execution

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of key milestones.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
• Continuously monitor product performance and leverage customer feedback for ongoing improvements.
• Act as the go-to person for all product-related inquiries, updates, and strategic discussions.

• Project Managers/Scrum Masters
• Executive Leadership

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Excellent communication skills—able to present complex ideas clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• A true team player, fostering collaboration across departments.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Able to utilize AI tools and creation of AI Agents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities.
