Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Determines job requirements for the branches and establishes recruitment plans with the hiring manager.
  • Analyzes job description and job qualification to target the right quality of hires that meet business requirements in the branches.
  • Determines various methods and approaches for sourcing talents, utilizing available platforms such as Job Street, internal sourcing, school job fairs, and LGU-sponsored job fairs.
  • Updates position qualifications in partnership with hiring departments.
  • Screens and assesses applicants against the set qualifications/job specifications (education, competencies, experience requirements).
  • Arranges candidate interviews with the requesting department by coordinating schedules via phone and email for the branches.
  • Administers examinations for the applicants.
  • Ensures smooth onboarding of candidates both in the organization and the department of assignment.
  • Facilitates the clearance process for resigned branch employees.
  • Coordinates with payroll for the issuance of last pay for resigned branch employees.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Keeps the work area clean and organized, supporting and promoting 5S.
  • Keeps documents related to talent acquisition of branches in the 201 files.
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
