We are looking for a reliable and responsible Company Driver / Messenger / Collector to perform a variety of duties including transporting company personnel, delivering documents and parcels, collecting payments, and ensuring all deliveries and pickups are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate must be able to drive both an L300 van and a motorcycle, depending on the task assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely drive company vehicles (L300 and motorcycle) to transport employees, goods, and documents as needed.
  • Pick up and deliver important documents, packages, checks, or supplies to and from various offices, clients, and government agencies.
  • Collect payments or documents from clients and issue official receipts as necessary.
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure vehicles are in good running condition.
  • Ensure that all deliveries and collections are documented properly and submitted to the appropriate departments.
  • Run office errands and assist in general administrative tasks as directed by management.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous service at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company safety protocols.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to management promptly.
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • With valid Driver's License (Restriction Codes 1, 2) – must be able to drive both motorcycle and L300 van.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (driving and messenger/collection duties).
  • Familiarity with local routes, traffic rules, and regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
  • Able to work flexible hours when needed.
