Perform 5S at the workplace.
Inspect equipment on a regular basis.
Monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges.
Record meter and gauge readings and operational data.
Operate equipment to purify and clarify water or to process or dispose of sewage.
Clean and maintain equipment, tanks, filter beds, and other work areas.
Ensure safety standards are met.
Notify supervisors immediately about any major or minor problem and incident.
Maintain and trouble‑shoot the assigned industrial facility and its processes.
Work involves responsibility for the technical aspects of plant operations.
Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance with the wastewater treatment process.
Inspect sewer lines and services.
On call to respond to emergencies and breakdowns at the plant and pump stations.
Perform daily checks of the industrial facility process and periodic checks of pump stations.
Have a working knowledge of the operation, methods and procedures of assigned industrial facilities and systems of the client.
Adhere to company operating policies and procedures including schedules and Critical Operation Days.
