Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and placement.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies with business objectives.

  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through networking, research, and sourcing tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

  • At least one year of experience in high-volume and/or IT recruitment is required.

  • Proficiency with ATS and online sourcing tools.

  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication and ability to present complex information clearly.
