Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled HTML Specialist to join our Digital Content Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing responsive, visually engaging, and cross-client compatible HTML email campaigns based on approved creative designs.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in HTML email development and understands the unique challenges of rendering emails consistently across various email clients, including Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, and mobile email applications. You should have a strong eye for detail, write clean and efficient code, troubleshoot rendering issues, and deliver pixel-perfect email experiences that meet quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop HTML email newsletters and marketing emails from provided design files (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, etc.).
• Build responsive, accessible, and cross-client compatible email templates.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation while maintaining email best practices.
• Optimize email layouts for desktop and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues across various email clients and devices.
• Apply email-safe HTML and CSS techniques to maximize compatibility.
• Perform quality assurance testing before deployment.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain reusable email components and templates for efficient production.
• Continuously stay updated with email development standards, client rendering changes, and industry best practices.
• Support process improvements and contribute technical expertise to the Digital Content Team.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members and share technical knowledge when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in HTML email development.
• Proven experience building HTML email newsletters from scratch.
• Experience working in a digital agency or production environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
