Role: Technical Parts Specialist (HVAC System)

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Philippines - Ortigas

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job description

The role will require excellent English communication skills to work with the sales team and customers to list out all the parts required. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and ability to work fast to cross over part numbers and identify the right air conditioning parts for customers.

If you have product listing/parts specialist skills across any of the following products/brands, then this role will be ideal for you:

• Caterpillar
• Komatsu
• Case Construction
• Hitachi
• John Deere
• Liebherr

Qualifications and requirements

Expertise

• 2-3+ years experience in a product specialist role (for any of the above brands or other like brands)
• Knowledge of manufacturing or construction products and skills with understanding product parts (serial numbers) and the build of an air conditioning unit based on several product parts (serial numbers)
• Experience with data and correct data entry
• Good Excel skills
• Ability to navigate product listings to identify parts required (generally navigating websites to identify parts)
• High attention to detail and ability to work fast
• Good English and communication skills
• experience in heavy duty mining , earthmoving equipment, preferably CAT but other brands are ok.
