Job overview

The role involves contacting clients, sales reps, and customers by phone, email, or ticketing system to gather information. It helps understand customer needs, develop content ideas, and provide details for creative teams while also addressing client issues.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or two years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year solid experience in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent customer service and support skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication with strong grammar skills.
  • Basic to intermediate skill/knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphical designing tools.
