- Stock Management:Receives, unloads, inspects, and shelves incoming inventory, ensuring items are properly labeled and organized.
- Record Keeping:Updates inventory software with daily transactions, including purchases, shipments, and inventory moves.
- Auditing & Accuracy:Conducts regular physical counts and cycle counts to reconcile actual stock against digital records.
- Reporting:Generates reports on inventory levels, identifying damaged goods, slow-moving stock, and surpluses.
- Logistics & Coordination:Coordinates with purchasing, shipping, and receiving departments to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.
