Position Overview: We are in search of 2 Sales Specialists with a strong background in medical aesthetics, particularly in medical devices and injectables. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Philippine medical aesthetics market, its competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's goals, considering regional variations.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with national accounts, principals, and strategic partners.
  3. Perform thorough market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  4. Maintain a high level of product expertise to guide and support the sales team.
  5. Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably in the medical aesthetics industry.
  3. Deep understanding of the medical aesthetics market and regulatory framework in the Philippines.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Fluent in English and Tagalog.

  1. Established network in the medical aesthetics sector in the Philippines.
  2. Willingness to travel as needed.
