Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise/monitor invoicing and collection with Transco for all operating entities.
  • Issue official receipts to all Distribution Units for all operating entities.
  • Monitor 2307 submission from Distribution Units and coordinate with the Tax team to ensure complete documentation.
  • Supervise internal and external billing and collection.
  • Work with the Treasury Manager to maintain adequate liquidity for local business requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, service providers, and regulators/government agencies (BSP, BIR, SEC, BOI, etc.) to enhance the Company's liquidity capabilities.
  • Assist the Treasury Manager in streamlining, managing, and rationalizing bank accounts to ensure efficient cash use and fund flow for business requirements.
  • Monitor debt covenants and other requirements for loan compliance and short-term credit facilities.
  • Identify, implement, and optimize cash management opportunities.
  • Administer transactions and short-term investments for the business.
  • Initiate and drive ad-hoc projects that support the goals of an excellent Treasury Department.
  • Support the country roll-out and implementation of treasury management software.
  • Together with the Accounting Control & Tax Team, monitor, update, and maintain bank account details, authorization, and user entitlements.
  • Support the execution of risk mitigating strategies for the region (e.g., FX hedging) as necessary.
  • Provide assistance in statutory compliance requirements as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of treasury management experience.
