We're looking for an Associate Full-Stack Engineer to join our Applications Development team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to develop and maintain automation scripts like Python and manage pipelines such as Azure DevOps. Successful candidates will be able to work and learn from different levels of engineers on a wide range of business impact projects. This role involves various facets of technology, including automation, DevOps, web development, and Gen AI.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts like Python
  • Develop and maintain pipelines like Azure DevOps
  • Develop and maintain web applications using React
  • Code, test, and integrate new features and functionalities
  • Apply creative problem solving to bring software designs to life
  • Build apps, APIs, and data solutions to drive projects
  • Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions for innovative digital solutions
  • Assist in developing automated test harnesses to ensure high-quality code
  • Update progress daily using tracking tools like Jira or Kanban boards
  • Contribute to documentation for deployment, maintenance, support, and business needs
  • Participate in weekly meetings to help refine the Product Backlog and provide estimates

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Good English communication skills
  • Knowledge of React, Vite, , Angular, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Python and FastAPI
  • Experience with GitHub and Gitflow Workflow
  • Knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core
  • Familiarity with Azure Services and Azure DevOps
  • Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon City
  • Amenable to a hybrid work setup (3x onsite per week)
  • Able to work in a fixed night shift schedule, flexible based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of Azure AI Studio or Co-Pilot Studio
  • Good documentation skills
