JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the preparations of Revolving Fund and its replenishments.
- Responsible for gathering all DCRS and encoding to Aging all the adjustments made. Also, updates every account in Aging based on their due dates.
- Responsible for the collection of loans receivable, adjusting entries, and encoding to Aging of Receivables.
- Every Month-end, Senior AC sorts Aging and updates remarks as provided by the Collection Department.
- Responsible for preparing Bank Reconciliation and ensuring that bank balance is equal to Balance per Book.
- Responsible for the reclassification of accounts (ROPOA, ITL, and PPE, etc.).
- Responsible for gathering all CVs, JVs, and DCRS for monthly schedules of OPEX, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Responsible for updating Leave Card and Time Keeping Summary with reference to Leave Form, Attendance Sheet, Manual Log Form, Overtime Authorization Slip, UTR Form, Request for OBTF, and Previous month approved RSO. Also, Senior AC is responsible for preparing the tardiness report.
- Responsible for the Daily Cash Count.
- Responsible for gathering CVs, JVs, and DCRS and encoding every transaction for books of accounts.
- Responsible for the preparation for Handling Roll-over.
- Responsible for monitoring loan releases and other disbursements through the Daily Cash Position Report.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
- Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.
- Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Can speak the local dialect and/or Filipino.
- Action-oriented. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
- Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment, and standard clerical techniques.
