The Role
- Schedule: 6AM–12PM PHT, structured shifts
- Students: Adults, professionals, and teens from 30+ countries
- Setup: Fully remote, work from home
What You'll Do
- Teach Business English and real-world conversation, one-on-one and in small groups
- Deliver structured lessons using ready-to-use materials
- Earn your LanguageCert C2 (Mastery) certification with our full support
Choose How You Get Paid
- Full-time: ₱35,000/month, with 173 hours of guaranteed pay
- Part-time: ₱17,500/month, with 86 hours of guaranteed pay
- Pay per booked class: Up to ₱230/hour for booked teaching
- Standby: Up to ₱230/hour for booked hours, and 50% of your rate for unbooked hours

Requirements
- Bachelor's diploma
- TEFL/TESOL certificate (120 hours or more)
- NBI clearance
- Valid driver's license
- At least 1 year of teaching experience
Availability and Setup
- Available for training and your assigned shifts
- i5 8th Gen+ with 8GB RAM, external 1080p webcam, noise-canceling headset, wired internet of 25 Mbps+ with a 15 Mbps backup (no mobile hotspots), 8-hour power backup, and a quiet workspace.
