  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or calls (P2P-related).
  • Resolve user issues independently with accurate, timely responses.
  • Stay informed about Binance services and P2P processes.
  • Escalate critical problems to leads or other departments when needed.
  • Comply with internal quality and schedule standards.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in finance or fintech.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Internet connection of at least 5 Mbps.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain or Binance P2P platform.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
