Binance is the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange and blockchain ecosystem with over 250 million users across 100+ countries. It offers services in trading, education, research, Web3, payments, and more.
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or calls (P2P-related).
- Resolve user issues independently with accurate, timely responses.
- Stay informed about Binance services and P2P processes.
- Escalate critical problems to leads or other departments when needed.
- Comply with internal quality and schedule standards.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
- 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in finance or fintech.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Internet connection of at least 5 Mbps.
- Bonus: Knowledge of blockchain or Binance P2P platform.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Work with global blockchain leaders.
