Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you'll take the lead in driving engagement, training, and compliance across international teams. From resolving employee concerns and supporting investigations to delivering impactful sessions and optimizing HR systems, you'll play a vital role in shaping a collaborative, compliant, and people-focused culture that supports growth at every level.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Mid Shift; Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Weekends Off
Salary: PHP 45,000 to PHP 65,000

The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality and/or retail
- Solid knowledge of US federal and state employment laws (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
Your Daily Tasks
- Partner with corporate and operational leaders to support and enhance employee training
- Deliver training using various methods, including in-person and virtual sessions
- Guide and support leaders in adhering to company policies and procedures
- Serve as a primary contact for employee concerns, escalating to the People Partner when necessary
- Assist in handling progressive discipline and employee relations investigations under the guidance of the People Partner
- Lead and promote employee engagement initiatives
- Drive awareness and adoption of company benefits offerings
- Monitor and implement compliance with applicable US federal and state HR regulations
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and data-driven decision-making
- Act as an HRIS champion by optimizing system use and assisting in new implementations or updates
- Perform other related duties as assigned
