Qualification
Trade School Graduate or college undergraduate at least 2 yrs in college
At least 2yrs experience in Paper Manufacturing
Ability to set up and operate / team oriented and self-directed / high stamina
Attention to details / problem solving skills / committed to quality, safety and communication
Job Description
Performs tasks pertinent to ensuring the attainment of targeted quality of paper rolls as specified by operating the winder machines and its auxiliary equipment in accordance with the company standard operating procedures.
