Job description

Manages the Front-End operations by ensuring the safety of all sales transactions, ensures the strict compliance of every opening and closing procedures that is met with maximum efficiency and as well as the strict compliance of policies and procedures consistently.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides timely and complete system generated report such as sales performance, POS override, settlement, discounts, SCD/VAT-exemptions, voids, and other required reports.
  • Evaluates the business performance by providing the sales hourly breakdown, sales tracking, and productivity rates.
  • Shares the responsibilities in the prevention of merchandise shrinkage by obtaining 100% scanning rates.
  • Ensures that member-customer complaints and inquiries are properly handled and addressed.
  • Sees to it that all Front-End personnel are updated and properly informed of all in-store promos.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in managerial position in relation to the field of Sales - Retail/General, Customer Service, or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Required skills: cashiering, POS, customer service, analytical skills, computer literacy.
