About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with expertise in Job Adder software and its Temp Express plugin to manage a casualized workforce within the business. This role involves end-to-end recruitment for residential property managers and other short-term hires. If you have experience in the property industry and a strong understanding of property management roles, your application will be highly valued.
The ideal candidate is someone who can efficiently manage a Temporary Recruitment Desk, overseeing employee placements for short-term assignments, such as leave coverage or temporary project roles. Additionally, you will utilize Temp Desk software solutions (such as WorkMarket, Beeline, or any similar platforms) to streamline workforce scheduling, timesheet management, and contract tracking. You should be fast-paced, highly organized, and professional, ensuring compliance with all necessary licenses and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for residential property management roles and other short-term assignments.
- Oversee workforce placement for short-term roles, ensuring quick fulfillment of vacancies and seamless employee transitions.
- Use Job Adder recruitment platform and Temp Express plugin to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, shift assignments, and temporary placements.
- LeverageTemp Desk software solutions (such as WorkMarket, Beeline, Locumate.ai, or any Vendor Management System) to track placements, timesheets, payroll, and contract compliance.
- Strategically matchtop talent to client needs and proactively market potential candidates to maximize job placements.
- Ensure alllicenses, driver's licenses, work rights (visa, proof of right to work in Australia), and certifications are valid and up to date.
- Manageemployee shifts, availability, and re-assignments using Temp Express to minimize downtime and maximize placement efficiency.
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients and candidates within a specialized talent pool, ensuring long-term workforce stability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a Senior role within the property management sector.
- Proven knowledge of Job Adder software and its Temp Express plugin for recruitment and workforce management.
- Experience with Temporary Recruitment Desk Management, including contract placements, shift scheduling, and workforce compliance tracking.
- Familiarity withTemp Desk software solutions like WorkMarket, Beeline, or any similar platforms is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the property industry, particularly in property management roles.
- Ability to managemultiple recruitment processes while maintaining high accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure timely monitoring of licenses, visas, and work documents.
- Must be willing to workfull-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
