About the role
The Solutions and Services Intern will support the Solutions and Services Team in providing technology, procurement, supply chain, and other business solutions to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and service documents.
- Support research on technology, procurement, supply chain, and business solutions.
- Assist in client meetings, product demonstrations, and project coordination.
- Help prepare training materials, reports, and other documents.
- Support the team in monitoring project and client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Perform administrative and other tasks related to Solutions and Services projects.
- Learn and assist in the use of relevant technology and AI tools.
About you
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willing to learn about technology, AI, procurement, and supply chain solutions.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and willing to take on new tasks and challenges.
