Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly switch between graphic design tasks and digital marketing responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining our online presence. This position is perfect for someone who can step in during busy periods, cover for team members on vacation, and contribute to both design and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  1. Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including flyers, brochures, catalogs, digital ads, and signage.
  2. Follow brand guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all materials.
  3. Assist with design projects during peak workloads or when the primary graphic designer is unavailable.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with campaign goals.

Digital Marketing:

Social Media Management:

  1. Manage and post content across 53 local Facebook pages, Instagram, and Twitter.
  2. Collaborate with 70+ vendors to source and post engaging, relevant content.
  3. Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.

Digital Advertising:

  1. Create and place ads on Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms (e.g., YouTubeTV, Spotify).
  2. Explore new advertising opportunities to expand our reach.

Website Management:

  1. Assist with backend and frontend updates, SEO optimization, blog content creation, and general website improvements.

Hubspot Management:

  1. Maintain and run our Hubspot account, ensuring smooth operation and effective use of its features.

Team Support:

  1. Step in to manage digital marketing tasks when the Digital Marketing Manager is unavailable or during peak periods.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work.
  2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  3. Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and creating engaging content.
  4. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools.
  5. Basic knowledge of website management, SEO, and content creation.
  6. Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM platforms is a must.
  7. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
