Location: Guyong Sta Maria Bulacan

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or any Engineering-related course.
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a Delivery Foreman/Forelady in the Manufacturing Industry.
• Ability to understand procedures, operations, and operate basic equipment.
• General mechanical or technical aptitude with experience in relevant skills, crafts, or trades.
• Analytical thinking skills for technical problem-solving.

• Supervise all delivery and distribution activities, including managing delivery checkers, drivers, and helpers; prepare weekly schedules for department personnel.
• Prepare and route efficient daily delivery schedules.
• Coordinate daily with the Warehouse Foreman for stock preparation and order allocation.
• Work with the Motor Pool Section to ensure trucks are in good condition and anticipate potential breakdowns.
• Coordinate with the QA Department regarding attachments and documents for delivery equipment.
• Monitor truck grooming and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the Personnel Department to determine standard manpower requirements.
• Assess department personnel during performance evaluations.
• Oversee the overall supervision of the QCSMB Delivery Section.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department for delivery schedules.
• Communicate with the FG Warehouse regarding stock levels.
