Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required languages: Filipino, English
At least 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry.
Required skills: Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership, Communication Skills, People Management, Coaching, Merchandising.
Preferably with Supervisor or 5+ years of experience as a Retail Sales Employee or equivalent.
Amenable to work in Gaisano Butuan.

Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
Ensure proper management of daily store operations.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
Greet and serve customers.
Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job performance.
Provide constructive guidance to the team for effective operations.
Ensure a safe and clean environment to protect employees and customers.
Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
Stock and order items needed for store use.
Complete, update, and report sales, staffing, and other relevant data to HQ and superiors.
Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
