About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our store in sales operations in Iba, Zambales. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail branch. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible in managing daily sales operations, guides team members to meet sales goals, and handles routine administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
Train and schedule sales staff
Coach team members to improve performance
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to ensure targets are met
Answer complex customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints
Manage floor or office workflows, handle inventory or displays
About you
At least 2 years' experience in Sales or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive and goal oriented
