Role: Business Development Associate
Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Pampanga
Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

  1. The primary objective is to achieve, or over-achieve, the allocated billed seat targets expected for the Business Development Associate each month from the designated territory or territories.
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers within target organizations to ensure long-term client engagement and satisfaction.
  3. An ability to understand and articulate shared value with target clients.
  4. Work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement strategies for growth, contributing to the company's overall business development goals.
  5. Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, opportunities, client interactions and forecasting.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company's product portfolio, positioning, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to clients and stakeholders.
  7. Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships, striving for mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and its clients.
Requirements:
  1. Experience with CRM software and managing sales pipelines
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  3. 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
