Tasks & responsibilities

  • Arranges and sorts out checks for release
  • Ensures issuance of Acknowledgement Receipt or Collection Receipt or Official Receipt
  • Deposits checks to bank (Payment or for Employees account) then scans and emails deposit slips to vendor
  • Tracks payment using PO and Invoice numbers; ensures to indicate payment details
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related courses
  • At least 6 months relevant work experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
