About the role
The Sales Support Coordinator is the operational engine of the Community Pharmacy sales function. This role enables the field team to win in pharmacy by translating strategy, data, and commercial plans into clear priorities, compelling selling tools, and high-quality execution. It is a highly sales- and field-facing role that uses insight and analysis to sharpen focus and drive performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day engagement with the Community Pharmacy field team
- Brief the field team on priorities, objectives, and focus SKUs
- Build high-impact sales pitch decks and field selling tools
- Translate commercial plans into clear, actionable field execution
- Establish, track, and report on field KPIs, providing insight and feedback
- Coordinate POS materials and execution requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for field team queries
- Partner closely with the National Sales Manager to lift execution quality
- Coordinate all Community Pharmacy promotional submissions
- Support trade marketing activity, including artwork and POS development
About you
- Experience in sales support, sales coordination, or sales operations within FMCG, consumer health, or retail
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear sales actions
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Proven experience building sales tools, pitch decks, and field-facing materials
- High attention to detail with strong execution discipline and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Experience using IQVIA or alternative data platforms (e.g. Circana, Unify, Quantium) is desirable
- Strong capability in interpreting complex datasets and distilling commercial insights is highly regarded
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capability is highly regarded
