Job Description

As a Demand Planning (Forecasting) Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing supply chain operations. By collaborating with different business segments, you will drive accurate forecasting and production planning. Your focus will be ensuring service targets are met while maintaining optimal inventory levels, balancing efficiency with business demands.

Shift: Night Shift; Mon - Fri 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM (Weekends Off)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Tableau is a plus.
  • An ambitious self-starter with a drive for success and continuous improvement.
  • Strong interest in supply chain management and forecasting processes.
  • Analytical and inquisitive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to develop and refine negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, flexible team player who thrives in demanding environments.
  • Comfortable collaborating and communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free work.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Develop product demand prediction models using the forecasting module.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to gather demand expectations for accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate with international affiliates to develop inventory and supply strategies for export orders.
  • Ensure timely responses, deliver value, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Seek continuous improvement and challenge the status quo to enhance processes.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Handle various project-related tasks as assigned.
