The ideal candidate should have a strong network of clients, including corporate and private buyers, public sector contacts (e.g., jeepney cooperatives), and banks for financing arrangements. Additionally, knowledge of car loan processing and financing terms is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private buyers, and public sector organizations, including jeepney cooperatives.
  • Identify and engage potential customers for e-vehicles and promote the benefits of electric mobility.
  • Facilitate the car financing process by coordinating with banks and financial institutions to offer competitive financing options.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions, from inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and industry trends in the e-vehicle sector.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle test drives and demonstrations, ensuring potential buyers understand vehicle features.
  • Stay updated on government policies, incentives, and regulations related to e-vehicles in the Philippines.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and track sales progress.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years proven experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry (preferably with experience in car dealerships or e-vehicles).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior managerial experience in a jeepney cooperative or transport association is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to draft sales proposals, design catalogs, and develop marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of EV technology, government incentives, and transport regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Established connections with corporate clients, private buyers, public sector entities, and jeepney cooperatives.
  • Strong knowledge of car loan processing and financing terms within the Philippine market.
  • Existing contacts with banks and financial institutions for vehicle financing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
  • Experience in selling electric vehicles (EVs) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of government EV incentives and financing programs.
