The IT Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and completion of company projects, collaborating with senior managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about project management, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure expectations are met
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and updates
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, leading IT delivery teams across time zones, with expertise in stakeholder and client relationship management
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
  • Proven experience with methodological, technical, and operational frameworks in modern and agile projects

  • Willing and able to learn new technology concepts masterfully and efficiently
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable with customers, and adept at understanding their needs
