We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong remedial background, ideally from a carpentry trade, to oversee structural repair and refurbishment works in Sydney. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with a respected contractor, managing projects that require technical expertise, quality workmanship, and a strong focus on compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure the successful delivery of remedial projects.
  • Manage subcontractors across multiple trades, ensuring work meets high-quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure adherence to building regulations, compliance requirements, and project specifications.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve site challenges.
  • Drive productivity while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and project timelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on remedial, structural repair, or refurbishment projects.
  • Carpentry trade background highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of structural remediation, waterproofing, concrete repair, and facade works.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines while upholding safety and quality standards.

Location: Sydney

Start Date: April

Contract Duration: 3 months+
