Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati and Taguig for the role of Head for Branding and Marketing Services and Communications.

In this role, you will lead and safeguard the EastWest brand, overseeing its equity development, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and executing campaigns to enhance brand love. Additionally, you will manage various functions including creatives, copywriting, vendor relationships, merchandising, events, and social media to maintain the brand's reputation and integrity.

What the role will entail

  • Define and articulate the brand footprint of EastWest, including brand belief, values, and critical pillars, to guide all communication materials.
  • Establish and implement brand work guidelines for consistent communication style and tonality among front-facing employees interfacing with external customers and media.
  • Ensure external communication aligns with brand equity guidelines and values, overseeing branch premise design and updates.
  • Monitor brand attribute ratings, identify priorities for improvement, and collaborate with business segment teams and agencies to address weaknesses.
  • Lead the execution of brand and PR campaign plans, develop content for all media channels, create PR campaign and messaging strategies to enhance brand attribute ratings, manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), oversee media relations, and coordinate the development, writing, and deployment of external communications content.

What we're looking for

  • Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or any related field
  • Extensive experience in a similar function, managing and developing more than one bank product, with digital experience.
  • Experience in different aspects of banking
  • Strategic thinker, creative, organized, analytical, process-oriented, and collaborative
