About the role

As a Beauty Sales Specialist | Brand Ambassador at ADA VIVA Skin Care Center, you will be a key member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering lasting relationships with our valued clients. This full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, where you will leverage your exceptional sales skills and deep product knowledge to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Online Sales & Customer Engagement:
    • Proactively engage with potential and existing customers on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and online marketplaces.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer personalized recommendations.
    • Utilize online sales tools and platforms to process orders and manage customer accounts.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  2. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:
    • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for social media platforms to promote products and drive sales.
    • Create visually appealing and informative content, including product photos, videos, tutorials, and customer testimonials.
    • Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
    • Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach new audiences and generate leads.
    • Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and campaign performance.
  3. Online Brand Building & Community Management:
    • Build and nurture an online community of beauty enthusiasts.
    • Host online events, webinars, and live tutorials to engage customers and showcase products.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and social media best practices.
    • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns.
    • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
    • Proactively identify and qualify prospective clients, utilising your strong networking and sales prospecting abilities.
    • Nurturing long-term relationships through consistent communication and personalized interactions.
    • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique benefits of our premium skincare offerings.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
    • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account management and effective cross-selling.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data to support analysis and reporting.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
  • Excellent product knowledge and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, a plus but not necessary.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and market conditions.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing content (photos, videos).
