Job Description

Role : LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Setup : Onsite
Salary : 30k to 35k Basic / Total Compensation Package = Php 53,619
Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the logistics and warehousing teams, ensuring the seamless flow of materials, products and deliveries
- Develop and implement effective inventory management and control systems to optimize storage and distribution
- Liaise with production, sales and customer service teams to align logistics activities with business needs
- Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Manage and motivate the logistics team, providing training, guidance and support to drive high performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 4–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
All plant personnel have overtime: Overall duty is 12 hours, 8 hours basic + 4 hours OT, Monday to Saturday.
