We are hiring Call Center Representatives for a Hotel Reservation account. The role involves assisting customers with hotel inquiries, reservations, modifications, and cancellations while providing excellent customer service. No prior experience is required as paid training will be provided.

- Handle inbound customer calls related to hotel reservations
- Assist with booking, modifying, or canceling hotel stays
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
