Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations, answering queries, and offering advice on purchasing decisions.
Sales: Achieve individual sales targets, upsell products, and promote special offers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the store’s products or services to effectively assist customers.
Inventory Management: Help with stock organization, restocking shelves, and ensuring inventory is accurately tracked.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree may be preferred depending on the company.

Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is often preferred but not always required.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage with customers and identify their needs

Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skills

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry merchandise, and maintain physical stamina during shifts.
