About the role
The Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs using innovative and effective methodologies to develop the best, ethical, and efficient business practices for franchisees, business partners, and their employees.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate product demonstration on the standard operating procedure of the company's existing food cart brands: Siomai King, Noodle House, Potato King, Siopao Da King, Coffee But Better, Ooh Cha
Conduct onsite training covering the technical and competencies of food cart operations
Provide training on store opening and store closing procedures
Train on product preparation and measurement of ingredients
Instruct on proper handling and serving of foods
Train on storage of leftovers and use and storage of equipment and utensils
Educate on product shelf-life and signs of spoilage
Train on product outsourcing, inventory procedure, and ordering and delivery guidelines
Facilitate company, selling, and sponsorship events
Prepare and submit training reports, reimbursement, cash advance, and liquidation reports
