About the role
UpraisIT is looking for Outbound Survey Representatives to join our pioneer seasonal account. This role is suitable for individuals who are confident in communicating over the phone and are interested in starting a career in the BPO industry. No BPO experience is required.
Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/respondents using provided contact lists
Conduct surveys using approved scripts and guidelines
Clearly explain the purpose of the survey and ask questions professionally
Record and document survey responses accurately
Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout every call
Meet daily call activity and productivity targets
Follow company policies, call handling procedures, and quality standards
Attend required training and coaching sessions
Perform other related tasks as assigned
About you
At least a High School Graduate or equivalent
No BPO experience required
Good to average English communication skills
Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
