SUPERVISOR - SERVICE MECHANIC

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE - TALAMBAN, CEBU CITY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees service mechanics to ensure efficient and timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Develops strategies to exceed service sales targets, collaborating with sales and marketing.
  • Manages repair needs for repo units to enhance marketability.
  • Supervises Warranty Registration and Claims for BN Motorcycle units, ensuring compliance.
  • Establishes and enforces SOPs for quality and safety in service operations.
  • Assigns work orders based on skills, availability, and priority deadlines.
  • Engages with customers to address service needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to mechanics.
  • Identifies process improvements and promotes continuous learning.
  • Conducts performance reviews and coaching for service mechanics.
  • Ensures compliance with Full-Time Employee (FTE) requirements.
  • Stays updated on industry trends and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a service mechanic for small engines plus experience in a supervisory position for at least 1 year.
  • Must be a graduate of at least Automotive Engineering Technology or equivalent course or BS Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have driver's license.
  • An advantage: With NC II.
