On-site - Pasig 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and placement of Purchase Orders (PO) with suppliers.
- Shipment Monitoring and Logistics Coordination: Coordination with shipping agents and customs brokers to monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery / Experiences In International Logistics Shipping.
- Cost and Pricing Analysis: Conducting landed cost and suggested retail price (SRP) analysis to support pricing strategies and product costing evaluations.
- Supplier Relations and Coordination: Managing supplier communications related to inquiries, product sampling, FDA regulatory requirements, cost adjustments, product development initiatives, and annual distributorship agreement renewals.
- Providing comprehensive administrative assistance including preparation of reports, presentations, document management, file organization, and management of the executive’s calendar (meeting, appointment, and event scheduling).
- Travel Planning and Itinerary Management: Preparing and coordinating detailed travel itineraries.
- Supplier Sourcing and Comparative Analysis: Identifying, evaluating, and sourcing potential suppliers; preparing comparative analysis reports based on pricing, quality, and service offerings to support procurement decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Product Assistant, or Business Development Assistant (or related role).
- Has experience in Procurement
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and business development strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
