Job Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware components of our anti-drone defense systems.

  2. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including network devices, sensors, and control systems.

  3. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.

  4. Document hardware configurations, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

  5. Provide technical support to field technicians and clients.

  6. Manage inventory of hardware components and spare parts.

  7. Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware installations.

  8. Assist with the network infrastructure of the systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT hardware support.

  3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and network devices.

  4. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems.

  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  7. Experience with security systems hardware is a plus.
