We are seeking anAccounts & Finance Officertoprovide day-to-day accounts and finance support across our client's brands. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role focuses on accounts payable processing, payroll support, and general finance administration, ensuring the group's day-to-day financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.
About the Role
Accounts Payable & General Finance Support
Process supplier invoices and payments accurately and within agreed timeframes
Manage invoicing and reconciliation via Hubdoc and Xero
Perform regular account and bank reconciliations
Respond to supplier and internal finance queries in a timely manner
Support general finance administration tasks as directed by the Finance Manager
Payroll Support
Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for the CLG group across all brands
Support accurate maintenance of employee payroll records
Assist with processing superannuation, PAYG and other statutory payroll requirements
Respond to routine payroll queries, escalating to the Finance Manager as required
Administration & Systems
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero
Support month-end processing tasks as directed by the finance manager
Maintain working familiarity with Resly, Breezeway and other operational systems to support accurate data entry and reconciliation
Assist with filing, documentation and record-keeping to support audit and compliance requirements
About You
Experience in an accounts payable, bookkeeping or finance administration role
Working knowledge of Xero (essential) and Hubdoc
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in short-term rental, property management or multi-brand hospitality businesses
Familiarity with Resly, Breezeway or similar PMS/operations platforms
Exposure to payroll processing
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet processing deadlines
Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work within established processes and escalating issues appropriately
Discretion in handling sensitive financial and payroll information
