We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Photo Retoucher to join our creative team. This role will focus on producing high-quality, templated graphics for a variety of channels, including social media, email marketing, e-commerce/website, and both offline and digital ads. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver visually cohesive designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals, while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Create and adapt templated designs based on provided assets and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to ensure visual consistency.
  • Deliver digital and print assets in a timely manner, adhering to project deadlines.
  • Stay updated with our brand's evolving design needs and industry trends.
  • Adaptation and resizing of marketing assets (emails, paid ads, social posts, site assets)
  • Light, template-based production design execution (event invites, in-store signage, simple layouts)
  • File prep and final asset delivery (correct formats, organized layers)
  • Quick turnaround on recurring design needs
  • Retouch product and lifestyle images to meet brand standards.
  • Perform color correction and blemish removal as needed.
  • Ensure consistency across all visual assets.
  • Work closely with the creative team to understand specific retouching needs for different projects.

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Preferably candidates from Davao Region
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout, and hierarchy
  • Ability to work within strict brand guidelines
  • Fast, efficient execution with minimal revisions needed
  • Well-organized file handling and delivery
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Portfolio showcasing before-and-after work.
  • Strong understanding of color theory and visual consistency.
  • Ability to match existing retouching style
  • Consistency across batches of images
  • Efficient turnaround times
  • Layered PSD files for future edits when needed
