We're looking for a General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company with a special focus on project management, product management, and sales. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure the successful delivery of projects and products in alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Implement efficient processes, tools, and best practices for project execution and tracking.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve project-related issues.

Product Management:

  • Collaborate with the product team to define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure product alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor product performance and implement improvements to optimize user experience and market positioning.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new products or enhancements.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders to enhance the company's market presence.

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Provide strong leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Set and communicate clear goals and objectives for the organization.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify areas of improvement or innovation.
  • Report on key performance metrics to the executive team and board of directors.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in a leadership role, preferably within the IT or startup sector.
  • Strong expertise in project management, product management, and sales.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach.
  • Proficient in using project management and CRM tools.
  • Experience in building and scaling teams is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

1. Project Management

  • Project Planning & Execution: Expertise in creating project plans, defining deliverables, timelines, and coordinating resources.
  • Agile & Scrum Methodology: Knowledge of Agile frameworks to manage project iterations, particularly in tech environments.

2. Product Management

  • User Experience (UX) Understanding: Familiarity with UX principles to ensure the development of user-centric products.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfort with using analytics tools to track product performance and inform decisions.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Understanding of all stages of product development—from ideation to launch and iteration.

3. Sales Management

  • Sales Strategy & Forecasting: Ability to create and execute sales strategies, set targets, and forecast revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency with CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts, pricing, and closing sales deals.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Ability to analyze competitors, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities.

4. Business and Financial Acumen

  • Financial Management: Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.
  • KPI & Metrics Tracking: Ability to set, monitor, and adjust key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.

5. Technology Literacy

  • Tech Stack Familiarity: Understanding of the company's tech stack and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Software Development Understanding: Basic knowledge of software development processes (e.g., DevOps, coding basics) to manage product teams and development cycles effectively.
