  1. Understand written and verbal instructions, draft technical drawings and blueprints, implementing feedback from engineers and architects.
  2. Interpret project briefs and meet with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications. This can also be done in collaboration with Sales personnel.
  3. Adjust designs to prepare detailed drawings and plans, coming from rough sketches of customers.
  4. Visit sites to gather information and determine correct measurements in relation to design or layout provided.
  5. Communicate with Sales personnel and with customers' architects and IDs to get detailed information on measurements and specifications on products to be used.
  6. Coordinate closely with Sales personnel and/or customer's designer on the updated plan to ensure correct measurement and quantification.
  7. Provide a cutting list for patterns to be followed by warehouse fabricators.
  8. Cut and layout display panels.
  9. Update software, drawings, and other documents, keeping up to date with CAD software and other design tools.
  10. Attend to other related concerns and perform other duties as may be assigned.
