The Primary responsibility of this position is to ensure proper implementation and monitoring of warehouse and logistics operations which include:
Good warehouse practices, proper inventory management, proper route planning, accuracy, correctness and timeliness in the delivery of the orders and accounting of proofs of Deliveries or POD's.
The Secondary responsibility is management of the people reporting to him/her and to ensure the orderliness of the stocks inside the warehouse, orderliness in the dispatch of deliveries and cleanliness of the warehouse, loading bays and parking areas.
EDUCATION
College Graduate; with bachelors degree in business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or other related course.
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
Good Grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
Keen attention to details and highly organized
knowledge of work and space planning
knows basic accounting
proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word
Good written and verbal Communication and Negotiation skills
Knowledge in data analysis and demand forecasting
Familiar with warehousing ang Logistics ERPs
Time and Stress Management skills
Exemplary People Handling Skills, good motivator and coach
