About the role

Alto Audio Design Center is seeking an experienced Electronic and Communications Engineer to join our dynamic team in Iloilo City, Iloilo. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining electronic and communication systems and products that are at the forefront of the audio engineering industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing, developing and testing electronic circuits and communication systems for a range of audio products
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing products
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancements
  • Ensuring all electronic and communication systems meet safety, quality and performance standards
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting to the production and customer service teams
  • Documenting design processes, test plans and technical specifications

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electronic or Communications Engineer, preferably in the audio/electronics industry
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuit design, communication protocols and testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in using design software, such as AutoCAD, Altium and MATLAB
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively
