What You'll Be Doing
Leading dynamic 1:1 English lessons with Korean students through Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Bringing lessons to life using our ready-made, professionally developed teaching materials.
Adjusting your teaching style to match each student's pace, personality, and learning goals.
Monitoring student growth and fine-tuning your approach to help them improve faster.
Creating a warm, encouraging space where students feel comfortable practicing and making mistakes.
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience, online or home-based teaching background is a strong plus.
A bachelor's degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a closely related field.
Confident, clear spoken and written English.
A natural people-person with patience, empathy, and a real love for teaching.
Self-discipline and the ability to thrive working independently from home.
Flexible Schedules Designed Around You (Philippine Time)
If part-time suits your lifestyle better, we offer several shift options: early mornings from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM, or evenings such as 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
For those seeking full-time hours, we offer a broken schedule from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, or a straight evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

What You'll Need at Home
A stable DSL or Fiber internet connection with at least 15 MBPS upload and download speed.
A laptop or desktop running Windows 7 or higher, Intel i3 5th generation or better, with a minimum of 4GB RAM.
A noise-cancelling headset, mobile earphones won't cut it here.
A working HD webcam.
A quiet, dedicated space where you can teach without interruptions.
